Returns & Exchanges

 

At Robélie, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Robél, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrives damaged (photo proof required), or
  • The product doesn’t fit your body comfortably

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

 

Return Process

Please email us at help.robelie@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit upon request. If you’re returning due to sizing, and you’d prefer to wait for a larger size, we’re happy to issue store credit or hold your exchange until the new sizes are available.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your preferred resolution within 3–5 business days.
