What is the Robél?

The Robél is our signature towel-robe hybrid—designed to blend the absorbency of a premium towel with the ease and coverage of a robe. Made from bamboo charcoal microfiber, it’s ultra-soft, lightweight, quick-drying, and secured with straps so you can move confidently post-shower.

What sizes do you offer?

Currently, we offer a standard one-size Robél (29.5x55.1 inch), best suited for small to medium body types. However, we’re working on expanding our size range—including larger sizes and a male variation—very soon. If sizing is a concern, you may opt to wait for restocks or exchange for store credit.

How do I wash my Robél?

We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang dry to maintain softness and longevity. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as they may reduce absorbency.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under two conditions:

  1. The item is damaged, or
  2. The item doesn’t fit (must be unused and unwashed).
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If sizing is an issue, you can choose to wait for our upcoming larger sizes or receive store credit.

 

What are your shipping options?

 

We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping:

  • Standard: $8 | 2-day processing + 7–10 business days delivery
  • Expedited: $16 | 1-day processing + 3–5 business days delivery
    Shipping is free when you order 3 or more Robéls.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon!

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven’t received it within a few days, feel free to reach out to us at help.robelie@gmail.com.
