At Robélie, we’re committed to getting your Robél to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed from our base in New York City, NY, and are currently available for U.S. shipping only.

 

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer two convenient shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping – $8
  Processing: 2 business days
  Delivery: 7–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping – $16
  Processing: 1 business day
  Delivery: 3–5 business days

Free Shipping: Orders of 3 or more Robéls qualify for free standard shipping automatically at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Robél right to your doorstep.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please email us at help.robelie@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery notification. We’ll work with the carrier (USPS or UPS) to investigate the issue. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier, we will do everything we can to support you and help resolve the issue.
